Nutrien’s WA program will be based in various regional locations across WA. During the recruitment process they will discuss your preferred locations, and this will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Commencing in February 2026 Nutrien’s Agronomy stream will provide you with the skills and training you need to be a future leader or technical expert within agronomy. The program is designed for top talent who seek a performance-based culture that is built on integrity, safety, inclusion, and results. The 24-month program will see you join a cohort of other ambitious graduates and where you will be involved in four leadership and skill-building workshops, receive on the ground training, and have mentors assigned to you to provide ongoing support. The Graduate Program is based on a robust learning model and will see you adding value as a full-time ongoing employee from day one; doing real work and delivering real results.

What you’ll need to be successful
Nutrien understands that everyone is unique and has a different background. To be considered for the program you will need the following:
– Graduated prior to the commencement of the 2026 program or no longer than 3 years ago with a Batchelor Ag Science, Agribusiness, Diploma in Agriculture or a relevant field.
– Demonstrate a willingness to learn, a proactive approach, strong communication skills and a passion for agriculture.
– You need to be able to demonstrate experience in agriculture-related work fields, customer service, problem solving and leadership capabilities.
